They have been to my home 3 times in the last 10 months. Prices were fair and job was done right. The service men were polite and handled themselves proper toward my property and to me. They came out in a very timely manner. They honor their word even at 3 months later. I would highly recommend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs.

I have been a customer of Maxwell Heating & Cooling for several, happy, years. If their work was not "right on", I would not have remained a customer. They treat you like family and their work is excellent. Their pricing is fair. There might be someone out there who will do the work for less; but you get what you pay for. I would recommend Maxwell to anyone who is in need of HVAC service, repair or replacement.

Maxwell Heat and Air approximately 5 years ago. We were impressed with the salesman as well as the installation crew. Since then, we have maintained a service contract for bi-annual service for the system. The price is reasonable and the work professional. I get a reminder phone call each season reminding me of the service and scheduling an appointment convenient for me. I would recommend Maxwell Heat and Air to anyone for a new system and service.

Just moving to Georgia, I looked up the local HVAC dealers and Maxwell came up. Greg came out to do a survey and gave me multiple options, detailing what each one had (and didn't have). The following week Shaun and Austin came out to set up the system and did a great job. Very professional company, great product and great service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC sales, service or repair.

Had a great experience with Maxwell heating and Cooling yesterday. Had a service call in at 9am in the morning and literally within an hour Mark Rowland showed up to get my family up and running and cool again in this hot summer weather. After careful consideration, Pam and I chose Maxwell Heating & Cooling to replace both of our conditioned air units. Our original contact with Shannon was both professional and pleasant. He assured us about the quality of the Lennox brand that he represents and after doing our homework we chose Lennox over Trane. The install went great! His team went above and beyond to protect our carpet and hardwood flooring. The installers were pleasant and answered any questions we had. Thank you Shannon for going above and beyond.

I recently had the privilege of having Maxwell Heating and Air Conditioning install a whole new system in my home. Of course, some people just think that it is a matter of putting in two units (heating and air) and that is all there is. Well, there is much more. :-) I have been living in my home for 45 years (through two remodelings) and our shrubbery, especially the giant boxwoods are so special to us. I had the great fortune to have Donald and Shawn to install my system and they did an amazing job! The units work wonderfully and the shrubbery looks as if no one has even been there. You must realize that the new air conditioner was at least 50% larger than the original so it took some maneuvering to get it in place without damaging the boxwoods - and they did it just perfectly! Hats off to them. :-) Plus, the system is so wonderful! It is so very quiet and efficient. I highly recommend this outstanding company. They are amazing "all the way around."

Jared came out the day after we called about our air conditioning not working. He quickly diagnosed our problem and we had a new unit installed by the end of the next day. I couldn't say enough good things about this company. But a few to exite are, out of three estimates for the exact same new unit it was the least expensive, and the installers found a return duct that had been sheetrocked over since the house was built and it is now functioning at no additional cost. During the install I had a sleeping infant that was startled by the sound of the drill and the tech swapped drills to a low noise drill so it didn't wake the baby. My house is cooler than it's ever been and I haven't received a power bill yet but from what I understand it will be a fraction of the cost as well. Thank you so much for all that you did.

Absolutely the Best!!! This day and age it is so difficult to find what Professionalism and Customer Service is supposed to be. Everyone at this company exhibits and exceeded what I expected...and I have really high expectations when it comes to investing in something of this magnitude; especially for my Dad who is 80 yrs. old! I live in Virginia now and I grew up in Carrollton. I needed someone that I felt comfortable with and that would take care of my Dad because I could not be there. After talking with the Staff I felt as if I was there. The Lennox System sells itself but the Staff is really selling themselves. They answered every question I had and were willing to work with me and my Dad in an unusual situation because of the distance. My Dad is so happy and ecstatic with the new system he keeps talking about how wonderful it is and how wonderful the installers were “They worked as a team, they did not curse, they were presentable, they cleaned up after themselves, and they showed me how to work the new thermostat!” Thank You so much!!!!

We selected Maxwell after obtaining multiple assessments and quotes. We selected them primarily because of the knowledge about their product and confidence. The sales representative was very open and honest. He reviewed various options giving us full detailed information so we could make a sound decision. This professionalism and overall attention to detail was the same for the installation and post install follow up. We will use Maxwell from here forward!

Great service called when air stopped working on weekend out in a couple of hours fixed it right up just a little high price on weekend but will call them aging if need more service just not on a weekend service guy was great!!!
