We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced HVAC office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication while maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative tasks such as invoicing, job tracking, billing, HVAC paperwork tasks, data entry
- Work with dispatcher in office
- Support owners and staff members with various administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (HVAC or home services industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and basic office programs
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of Carrollton and surrounding areas a plus
