We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating service calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring our technicians are dispatched efficiently. You will serve as the main point of contact between customers and our field team, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to customer sites based on urgency and technician availability.

• Coordinate and monitor service calls to ensure technicians arrive on time and meet customer expectations.

• Manage customer inquiries and service requests, providing updates and confirming appointments.

• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, appointments, and technician notes.

• Communicate with field technicians regarding any changes to schedules or customer requests.

• Ensure all required parts and materials are available for scheduled jobs.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues promptly.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing and job tracking.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.

• Must be somewhat familiar with Carrollton and the surrounding areas.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
