They have been to my home 3 times in the last 10 months. Prices were fair and job was done right. The service men were polite and handled themselves proper toward my property and to me. They came out in a very timely manner. They honor their word even at 3 months later. I would highly recommend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs.

I have been a customer of Maxwell Heating & Cooling for several, happy, years. If their work was not "right on", I would not have remained a customer. They treat you like family and their work is excellent. Their pricing is fair. There might be someone out there who will do the work for less; but you get what you pay for. I would recommend Maxwell to anyone who is in need of HVAC service, repair or replacement.

Maxwell Heat and Air approximately 5 years ago. We were impressed with the salesman as well as the installation crew. Since then, we have maintained a service contract for bi-annual service for the system. The price is reasonable and the work professional. I get a reminder phone call each season reminding me of the service and scheduling an appointment convenient for me. I would recommend Maxwell Heat and Air to anyone for a new system and service.3-26-2019Same procedure and same excellent service. I did have to be told by the service technician and my wife that the air conditioning unit was outside. For some unknown reason I thought it was under the house with the heating unit. I don’t think I will make that mistake again. Embarrassing to say the least.

We were in need of a new heat pump for our house. All of our recommendations from friends pointed us to Maxwell's Heating and Cooling. I contacted Maxwell's back in March and scheduled an appointment with Greg Powers. Greg came to our home, looked at what needed to be installed, and went over every detail with me. He was extremely courteous and professional. Once we decided that the best option was a 4-ton, dual speed Lennox heat pump, we scheduled the installation. Donald Daniel and Shawn Pope installed the new unit in approximately 6 hours. Both Donald and Shawn were extremely courteous and professional as well. These 3 gentleman made this such an easy process. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. By the way, our 1st two power bills have been cut by approximately 40%! This unit is paying for itself.

Highly recommend! They may not be the cheapest, but if you want a quality hvac system installed, these are the guys. Greg (salesman) did a great job patiently explaining my options - I'm an engineer, so that's not easy! Their installation crew is professional, courteous, and thorough. Shawn (lead tech) did a superb job, even went beyond to make sure everything was right.

I called on Monday afternoon and they were very attentive and polite on the phone. Even though they were busy they worked me in. Jarred came and was very respectful and polite, he also had my air up and running very quickly. He didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Way over priced for the service done. Very nice on the phone but technician was very rude and unprofessional. 260 dollars to replace a 15 dollar capacitor and then just left it in the box laying in the unit. Seems like a fire hazard to me. Will not recommend

My regular heating & cooling company’s owner was out of town when our furnace broke down. I called and left a message about the problem. My company’s wife called and left a message that she had called Maxwell and that they were taking the service calls. Maxwell contacted me right away and said they had a service man who would be coming to our house as soon as he finished a job. Mark Rowland called me just to let me know that he was on his way. That was fast service. Mark fixed the problem by putting in a new part, cleaning our outside unit, and was through in a little over an hour.I recommend Maxwell VERY HIGHLY. When looking to replace our Heat Pump we chose Maxwell Heating & Cooling for several reasons. They were able to respond almost immediately to our request for a quote and their price was very competitive and reasonable. Most of all they were very knowledgeable and courteous and carried the Lennox brand.
